A house was built from scratch along the hills of the Vicenza foothills, the basement floor is in brick and concrete while the first floor, the under-roof floor and the roof are entirely made of wood. The construction system for the vertical walls is a frame with infills made of wood panels and wood fiber insulation. The house responds to the highest energy performance and at the same time is also sustainable due to the materials used. The large spaces of the tavern and the first floor overlooked by the mezzanine are of great value. The wooden roof inside is of a natural color that is warm to perception and contrasts with the floor which is also made of wood but is light grey. On the outside, the project is characterized by the dialectic between grey-white colors and a copper-clad projection.
